Concept Art Sketches!

The next batch is just some concept art from my sketchbook, just so you get an idea of the things I draw out of my head. I decided to add some quick color to one of the drawings just to make one pop. I'm geared more towards hyper realistic but also do more stylized images it depends on how I'm feeling. Hope you guys enjoy seeing them as much as I did making these sketches! I'll be posting some finish concept art this coming week, but for now I'll leave you with this.

Master Copy!

I separated this next piece since it's not from a live model; it's a master copy painting I did of a Diego Velasquez. Many great masters studied his work for years like (Sargent) which is another favorite of mine. Ever since I started doing master copies in college I promised myself I would follow this age old tradition of copying the greats till the day I died. I'll be updating this post with future master copies in the weeks to come just need to get a good camera which I currently don't have.

Enjoy!!!

SketchBook Work

I guess after not sleeping for 10 hours straight you start to overlook the simple things. By mistake I pressed upload before finishing the post. So here are the rest.. (@_@)

SketchBook Work

Well I finally decided to get a blog account seeing as my website is taking longer than expected to update with current work. So to kick off my blog I've uploaded some sushi themed images as well as some others from my sketchbook; and a very quick digital sketch I did in Photoshop to tie in with the theme. I hope you guys enjoy.
